Austin's Pool Startup Specialist
Trusted by Austin's top builders to start up new pools, maintain them through every season, and fix what others can't diagnose — without shortcuts.
Proper chemical startup for plaster, pebble, and aggregate finishes. We protect your finish and your warranty from day one.
Same technician, every week. Chemistry, cleaning, equipment inspection. No rotating crews, no guesswork.
Filter replacements, pump repairs, algae remediation, underwater fixes. We diagnose first, quote honestly, and do it once.
Wrong chemistry or missed brush schedules during the first 28 days can void the manufacturer warranty and cause permanent staining. We follow precise protocols: correct chemical sequencing, daily brush schedules, pH management, and full equipment commissioning.
Consistency catches problems early. You get the same set of eyes on your equipment every visit — not a rotating crew who doesn't know your pool's history.
Pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, automation. We diagnose the root cause before quoting. Our equipment installs are labeled, clean, and built to last — including underwater work that most technicians won't attempt without a drain.

Underwater Repair & Tile Service
Every new pool in Austin gets handed to a homeowner at the worst possible moment — right when the chemistry needs the most attention. We're the technicians builders call to make sure that handoff goes perfectly.
We work directly with builders from the equipment pad through the first 30 days of water, documenting every step so the homeowner and builder both have a clean record.
Schedule a Startup →Austin pulls from limestone aquifers — water that's naturally high in calcium. Over time it precipitates at the waterline: white crusty deposits that don't respond to standard pool chemicals.
Left alone, calcium etches tile grout, stains plaster, and builds up inside equipment — cutting heater efficiency and shortening pump life. We remove it using targeted descaling protocols appropriate to your surface type.
Most waterline tile deposits can be treated in-water. No full drain required in the majority of cases.
Get a Calcium Assessment →Do I need to drain my pool?
Not in most cases. Waterline tile deposits are typically treated in-water. Heavily scaled plaster or submerged surfaces may require a partial drain — we assess and tell you honestly before any work begins.
How long does it take?
Waterline tile on a typical residential pool takes 2–4 hours. More extensive treatments may require a follow-up visit.
Will it come back?
Calcium will return if underlying water chemistry isn't managed. After removal we walk you through the chemical targets — saturation index, calcium hardness — to slow re-accumulation significantly.
Can it damage equipment?
Yes. Calcium scale inside heater heat exchangers and pump impellers reduces efficiency and accelerates wear. If your tile shows scaling, your equipment is likely affected too. We check both.
